Virtual Strength/Core Class

Do you want to improve your strength and core stability from the comfort of your home? Join our Zoom small group strength and core class! This class is for individuals at a beginner or intermediate level. Use dumbbells or theraband as resistance. If you don’t have theraband, please let us know and we can mail you some.

Mondays (6 classes) 6:30 to 7:20 pm, Sept 27, Oct 4, 18, 25, Nov 1, 8.

Virtual Lunchtime Stretch Class

Start the week off right! Perform a 30 minute stretching routine that you can do in your work clothes, right in your office over Zoom!

Mondays (6 classes) 1:00 to 1:30 pm, Sept 20, 27, Oct 4, 18, 25 & Nov 1.

Virtual HIIT Class

Join us online for a high intensity interval training class. This class is for individuals at an intermediate or advanced level. Use dumbbells or theraband as resistance. If you don’t have theraband, please let us know and we can mail you some.

Teen Strength Class

Is your teen looking for something fun and active to do this fall in-person? Our 45 minute teen strength/core class is fun and for all fitness levels. Ages 13-17. Class is limited to 3 participants.

Fridays (6 classes) 4:30 to 5:15 pm, Sept 17, 24, Oct 1, 8, 15, 22.

Are you a runner who would like to avoid injuries? Join us over Zoom and learn how to stay injury-free.

  • Common running injuries
  • Warm up and cool down stretching
